Dr. Harvey is the Founder and Bishop of Covenant Life Ministries, an international Apostolic network of churches and ministries. He and his wife Shirley pioneered New Covenant Church, Clyde, North Carolina in 1977 and remained as Senior Pastor there until January 2004. 

 

He and Shirley together have ministered in hundreds of churches of all denominations throughout the United States and internationally.  He also functions in an apostolic role with ministers and churches, both in the U.S. and abroad and has been very instrumental in planting new churches.

 

Dr. Frank Harvey is recognized as a father, mentor and teacher to many pastors and leaders. God has used he and his wife, Shirley to help encourage, guide and instruct many who are just beginning in ministry or are facing present struggles and challenges.  Gifted with wisdom and discernment to help ‘come along side’ so many in all areas of leadership, we know Dr.Harvey will be a special blessing to this year’s Conference.
